Terms of Sale:
1. Only original new products are provided: All products purchased from us are 100% genuine, and we can provide a Certificate of Conformity (COC).
2. Payment Terms: The initial transaction must be paid via T/T or Escrow. After multiple transactions, cash on delivery (COD) or longer NET terms may be supported.
3. A formal purchase order is required for order processing. Please ensure it is completed and sent. If your company does not have a purchase order format, you may refer to our provided template.
4. Once an order is received, the contract takes immediate effect and cannot be canceled. Therefore, please consider carefully before placing an order.
